Returns |
| Any
part purchased from wildwestautoparts.com can be returned for any
reason within the first 30 days provided that the product has
not been installed or damaged. (subject to product availability
and inspection). Any questions regarding your part after the 30
day period please contact the products manufacture. The part must
be unused, in it's original packaging (No seals or packaging can
be broken on gasket or timing sets), and must be in resalable
condition. Once an order has shipped the customer must follow
these steps to insured credit. A 20% restocking fee will be
applied to all returns (Except Incorrectly Packaged shipments). If
you have any questions about the return policy please call us @

follow these step to return an item:

must send an E-Mail to Returns@wildwestautoparts.com
explaining the date part was purchased, Invoice number
(Order Number), and contact info (Your name, Phone number,
& email address). Within 2-3 Business Days you
will receive a RGN (Return Goods Number) and return
shipping instructions. IF YOU ARE OUT SIDE THE 30 DAY
RETURN POLICY DO NOT SEND AN EMAIL! If in doubt about
returning and item please call customer service first.. |

Once
you receive the return good number (RGN). please follow
the instructions given. This will ensure a timely credit
to you card. If you feel your return is out side of our
return policy either because of Time, Condition, or other
PLEASE DO NOT SEND IT! Call customer service @

your protection, we encourage you to send your return via
UPS or Insured Parcel Post. COD's will not be accepted. wildwestautoparts.com
will process a credit within 15 working days of Receipt of
the part. The credit will be for the purchase price of the
item less 20%. (Original shipping charges will not be
refunded) |

*Because
of the nature of automotive parts, the following items are
unfortunately not returnable: Cut hose, carburetors, electrical
parts (Including: ECUs, Modules, O2 Sensors, and sensors), and
special order items. If the item does not function we will be glad
to replace it under warranty, but returns will NOT be accepted.

Core
Returns
|
A
"Core" is the used parts that may be returned for credit
when purchasing a remanufactured part. When you purchased the item
you paid a deposit called a 'Core Deposit" which is maybe
refunded. If you where charged for a core on your invoice the you
are eligible to receive that money back provided that the core is
returned in restorable condition in the original box. All Cores
Must be returned with in 90 days of purchase or NO credit will be
issued. All cores are subject to inspection prior to credit
being issued.

CORES MUST BE RETURNED IN MANUFACTURES BOX!!

Warranty
Issues

| wildwestautoparts.com
offers a one year warranty against manufactures defects. If within
one year from date of purchase the part no longer functions due to
a defect wildwestautoparts.com will replace that part Free of Charge.
(Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.)
After one year all warranty issues must be referred to the
manufacture. Parts that are damaged due to incorrect installation
or mistreatment are not covered under this warranty.
wildwestautoparts.com does not express or imply any warranty as to
the performance of any part sold. wildwestautoparts.com is not Liable
for damages of any kind arising from the use of parts purchased on
this site, including but not limited to punitive, indirect,
direct, incidental, and consequential damages.

Damaged Delivery

| We
recommend that you inspect your merchandise before you sign for
it. Our shipping dept. and vendors make every effort to prevent
shipping damage, but it does happen occasionally. If your
merchandise is damaged upon arrival, please keep the original

Cancellations |
| To Cancel your
Unshipped Order: |

Please attempt to cancel your order as early as possible. The
time available to cancel your order, which must be done before
shipment, can sometimes be very short. If you order is
successfully canceled you will receive an email. Once an order is
placed there are certain costs incurred that are none refundable. Express
Service Order Fees and handling fees are Not Refundable!

Once your order has been shipped, it is no longer possible for
us to cancel it. Your option then is to request a Return
Authorization number from the Customer Service Center and
initiate a return.
DO NOT REFUSE SHIPMENT OF AN UNWANTED PACKAGE!! Because we ship
form many locations and directly from the manufacture refusal or
return to the address it was originally shipped can limit or
prevent us from tracking your return. Please receive a Return
Authorization number.
